Who we are
Conscious Living is run by Positive Leader LLC, a company in the United States. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Positive Leader LLC.
What this is
Conscious Living offers short guided inquiries for self-reflection. An AI model writes each reading, inside instructions we wrote for each situation.
It is for reflection. It isn’t therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis support, and it doesn’t replace a professional. If you are in crisis, stop and contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Who can use it
You need to be 18 or older.
What you write
What you write stays yours. You let us send it to our AI provider to write your reading and, with Plus, keep what you choose to save. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t sell it. Privacy has the detail.
Readings can be wrong
They are written by an AI model and can miss things or get things wrong. Use your own judgment, and don’t act on a reading alone for anything important to your health, safety, money or relationships.
Plus
Plus is a subscription at $12 a month or $99 a year, plus any applicable tax, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your saved reflections are deleted when that period ends.
Refunds
If Plus isn’t for you, write to us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current period.
Using it fairly
Please don’t misuse the service: no automated access or scraping, no attempts to break or get around how it works, no using it to harm or harass anyone, and nothing illegal. We can suspend an account that does.
What’s ours
The site, the design, the writing, and the instructions behind each inquiry belong to Positive Leader LLC. You can share links and quote short passages with credit.
Other services
We rely on Anthropic to write readings, Stripe to take payments, and hosting and email providers to run the site. Their terms apply to their part.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site running and the readings useful, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or right for you.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For changes that matter to Plus members, we’ll tell you by email first.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, in the United States, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be changed by contract.
